Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and enrollment

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate application and payout information, and have authority to accept these Affiliate Terms. Admission is discretionary. Acceptance into the Program does not guarantee any minimum traffic, commission, payout, sponsorship, product access, or other benefit.

2. Commission

• You earn 25% of an eligible referred customer’s first paid transaction.
• The commission is one-time and non-recurring. Renewals, later payments, expansions, and subsequent purchases do not earn another commission.
• A free signup may appear as a lead in Dub but earns no commission.
• An eligible transaction must be correctly attributed to your approved referral link in Dub and successfully paid. Self-referrals, duplicate or test transactions, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, disputes, canceled payments, and refunded amounts are not eligible.
• The amount and status shown for the qualifying transaction in the partner portal control the commission calculation, subject to correction for tracking errors, refunds, fraud, or abuse.

3. Attribution

Use only referral links issued to you through the Program. Dub attributes referrals according to the Program configuration active when the relevant event occurs. Do not overwrite, hide, manipulate, or interfere with referral identifiers, cookies, consent choices, or another partner’s attribution. A click, free signup, or other lead is not a paid sale and does not by itself create a commission.

4. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid through Dub using a supported payout method. There is no Program minimum payout threshold, but you must complete any identity, tax, fraud-prevention, and payout-account requirements imposed by screenpipe, Dub, a payment provider, or applicable law. Pending, disputed, reversed, or ineligible commissions are not payable.

5. Honest promotion and disclosures

• Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote screenpipe. Follow all advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, platform, and local legal requirements that apply to you and your audience.
• Base reviews and demonstrations on your genuine experience. You control your opinion and are not required to publish a positive verdict.
• Do not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or outdated claims about screenpipe, its pricing, privacy, security, source license, product availability, or performance.
• Do not describe the commission as recurring, a current annual subscription as a lifetime license, or an unverified promotion as a coupon or discount.
• Link to current plans, the Privacy Policy, and other current first-party sources instead of copying claims that may expire.

6. Prohibited promotion methods

You may not:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, use misleading redirects, engage in cookie stuffing, or use adware, toolbars, browser extensions, pop-ups, or other software to create referrals without an intentional user action;
• bid on “screenpipe,” “screen pipe,” our domains, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or use an affiliate link as the direct destination of a paid advertisement, without our prior written approval;
• impersonate screenpipe, register or use confusingly similar domains, social accounts, applications, or listings, or suggest that your content is official;
• offer cashback, rebates, rewards, coupons, or other incentives that we have not approved in writing;
• refer yourself or coordinate duplicate, fraudulent, artificial, or non-genuine clicks, leads, accounts, or purchases; or
• promote screenpipe through unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.

7. Privacy and responsible demonstrations

When demonstrating screenpipe, use data you have the right to capture and share. Obtain all notices and consents required for screen, audio, meeting, or activity recording. Do not expose credentials, private messages, customer or employee data, confidential materials, or unrelated personal activity. Describe which optional cloud or AI features you enabled; do not claim that every feature always stays local.

8. Brand use

While you remain in good standing, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Program-provided screenpipe names and brand assets solely to identify screenpipe in compliant Program content. Do not alter our marks, use them more prominently than your own identity, or imply endorsement, employment, agency, or exclusivity. All goodwill from use of our marks belongs to screenpipe.

9. Independent relationship

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, reseller, franchisee, representative, joint venturer, or legal partner of screenpipe. You cannot bind screenpipe, make commitments on our behalf, negotiate customer terms, or represent that you have authority to do so. You are responsible for your content, expenses, taxes, and compliance obligations.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

You or screenpipe may end participation at any time. We may suspend links, withhold or reverse affected commissions, or remove a participant for suspected fraud, brand abuse, material misrepresentation, legal risk, or violation of these Affiliate Terms. Valid approved commissions earned before termination remain payable subject to these Affiliate Terms. We may update the Program or these Affiliate Terms prospectively by posting an updated version or providing notice through the Program.

11. General terms and contact

The screenpipe Terms of Service provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law apply to the Program and these Affiliate Terms. If these Affiliate Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a Program-specific issue, these Affiliate Terms control for that issue. Questions about the Program may be sent to louis@screenpi.pe.
