the screenpipe desktop app is free and open source, so you can try the full product before you buy, and paid subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. for that reason we generally do not offer refunds.
you can cancel a subscription at any time from billing. canceling stops future renewals, and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. we do not refund past or current billing periods.
if screenpipe is materially broken because of us and we cannot make it right, email louis@screenpi.pe. we will always try to fix the issue first, and we will consider a refund at our discretion if we cannot.
enterprise pilots, custom services, and signed order forms are governed by the refund and cancellation terms in the applicable agreement.
nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
